Perfection is not just about control. It's also about letting go. Surprise yourself so you can surprise the audience. ~Thomas Leroy
We all want certain things to happen. Those exact specifics, those pitch perfect attributes. Always. And when things don't turn out the way we had imagined, the way we had virtually designed the perfect moment in our head; God, that's called heartbreak.
Nothing seems perfect. Moreover, sometimes things escalate so quickly that it doesn't even make sense anymore. We find faults everywhere, in everything.
This ruins our mood, resulting in our very own set of phrases.
'Today was/ is bad.'
'Not my lucky day'
'This is not good.'
'This was supposed to be kept there not here'
We all go through this.
We lament about our imperfect adventures.
But is perfection actually what we think it is?
Just because some things don't go our way, is it okay to declare that this is not perfect?
Someone who has a higher liking of sweet food, will obviously find the sugar syrup sweet rasgullas perfect.
While the one who doesn't have a craving for sweet food, will find it too sweet and faulty.
Perfection Or Imperfection are not our judgements.
Our judgements are always clouded by biased likings, by expectations, by hopes, possibilities.
In our lives, we often forget the difference between two simple terms.
Perfect and favorable.
Perfect and favorable have two very unique and different meanings.
What seems perfect to us, is in reality what is favored by us.
What seems imperfect to us, is in reality what is ill favored, unfortunate to us.
Perfection is that philosophy which exists in that one moment. Teaches us something in that one moment. And also disappears in that one moment.
When you've climbed up the top of the mountain, the pretty sun is rising up and the cool winds are blowing. You're distressed and tired after the long hike, but still there's this sudden adrenaline and energy pulsing in your veins.
That small moment when you forget your own liking, your own existence and you're so lost but found in that pure bliss of the rising sun. That's a perfection.
The first gulp of water which quenches your thirst after a long sunny day.
The moment you meet your family, friends an all the amazing people on this planet after a way long time.
It all seems magical.
Perfection is that timely gift which the universe gives you. Perfection is that wisdom which lies way beyond our judgment.
That's why we perceive perfection in mere seconds and it's lost to us again, till the next time it pays a visit to us.
Whenever we try to make things perfect, we're actually trying to make things favorable. Either for us or for someone else.
Perfection is an universal phenomenon.
It's one of the wonders of existence, the surprises of beautiful memories for us to cherish.
It's that blessing for which we didn't ever ask for or plead.
We all want to be perfect someday.
But seldom do we realize that being perfect doesn't ask for some very exquisite qualification.
The day you selflessly become a reason for others happiness, is the day when you'll be perfect.
Perfection is all about joyful existence.
There's nothing more perfect in this world than the Paramaanand; the eternal happiness.
